Oral surgery
All surgical procedures are performed painlessly in our clinic, in a safe and minimally invasive way. Thanks to our experience and the use of modern equipment, the range of surgical treatments we carry out covers the full spectrum — from simple procedures to the most complex ones.
Every procedure is performed in our practice in accordance with the highest hygiene standards and using top-quality materials, ensuring durability, safety, and excellent outcomes for our patients.
Our many years of experience in oral surgery allow us to select the most appropriate surgical method — one that is minimally invasive, the least painful, and the most beneficial for the patient. This patient-centered approach is the reason we are often recommended by our patients to their friends, families, and acquaintances.
The scope of surgical procedures performed in our clinic is always based on thorough diagnostics, and our treatment approach often prepares patients for future steps in their dental care — such as orthodontic, prosthetic, or restorative treatment.
We have extensive experience supported by modern equipment (including devices for cutting and coagulation) and advanced anesthesia systems (such as The Wand computer-controlled anesthesia and carpule anesthesia). This allows us to provide precision, quality, and complete comfort during every procedure.
The surgical procedures we perform include a full range of treatments necessary to ensure comprehensive dental care:
-
tooth extractions,
-
removal or surgical extraction of upper and lower wisdom teeth,
-
root resection — used when root canal treatment has not delivered the expected results,
-
clinical crown lengthening — required during prosthetic reconstruction when the tooth is damaged below the gumline,
-
removal of impacted teeth — trapped in the bone for various reasons and requiring extraction,
-
frenectomy — supporting orthodontic treatment or used preventively in children,
-
closure of the maxillary sinus — a complication that may occur during extraction of upper posterior teeth,
-
sinus floor elevation,
-
gum recession treatment,
-
soft tissue grafts.
To ensure full comfort, all procedures are performed under anesthesia, individually selected for each patient. We pay particular attention to atraumatic extractions and procedures involving the surrounding tissues, which we perform in a minimally invasive manner. This approach helps preserve as much alveolar bone as possible, enabling effective and aesthetic prosthetic reconstruction in the future.
Are surgical procedures in the clinic painful?
No. All surgical procedures are performed using the Dentapen computer-controlled anesthesia system, which allows for completely painless and comfortable treatment. The system precisely delivers the anesthetic, eliminating the sensation of pricking or pressure.
What oral surgery procedures do you perform?
We perform a full range of oral surgery procedures:
-
tooth extractions,
-
root resections,
-
removal of impacted teeth,
-
closure of the maxillary sinus,
-
sinus floor elevation,
-
treatment of gum recession.
Is surgical removal of wisdom teeth safe?
Yes. We perform wisdom tooth removal in a minimally invasive way, using modern cutting and coagulation equipment, which helps prevent complications and speeds up healing.
Do pain or swelling occur after surgical procedures?
Thanks to the use of atraumatic surgical techniques and precise Dentapen anesthesia, pain and swelling are minimal. The healing process is usually quick and without complications.
When is an apicoectomy (root-end resection) performed?
We perform an apicoectomy when root canal treatment has not produced the expected results and inflammation has developed around the root tip. This procedure allows the tooth to be saved from extraction.
What is the difference between sinus floor elevation and sinus closure?
Sinus floor elevation is performed to increase the amount of bone before a planned implant procedure.
Sinus closure is a corrective treatment performed when the sinus has been accidentally opened during the extraction of upper molars.
Why is it worth having a surgical procedure done with us?
Because we combine experience, modern equipment, and an individual approach to every patient. All procedures are performed without pain, without stress, and in a minimally invasive manner, while maintaining the highest safety and hygiene standards.
